Cancellation Policy
Online Mentoring Sessions – Terms & Conditions 1. Technology Requirements - Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and sufficient bandwidth for video/audio sessions. - The mentor is not liable for technical issues caused by the client’s equipment, software, or connection. 2. Session Conduct - Clients must behave respectfully and professionally at all times. - Any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. 3. Privacy & Recording - All sessions are confidential and may not be recorded or shared by the client without the mentor’s prior consent. - The mentor will not record sessions without the client’s consent. - Personal data shared during sessions is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. - Children or minors must not be present during sessions. Sessions are intended for the registered client only, and the presence of others may interfere with confidentiality and session quality. - Mentoring for Under 18s should be under supervision of responsible adult 4. Preparation for Sessions - Clients must provide any requested information, materials, or questions prior to the session. - Failure to provide these in advance may mean they cannot be included in the discussion. Each client’s journey is unique; sessions are tailored to the individual and may differ in content, pace, and focus. 5. Booking & Cancellations - Sessions must be booked in advance. - Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice may not be rebooked at the mentor’s discretion. 6. Refunds - Payments are non-refundable for sessions that have been delivered. - Refunds for missed sessions will only be considered if cancellation notice is provided as outlined above. - Payment terms may differ for memberships and [packages - always check relevant policy. 7. Limitation of Liability - The mentor provides guidance, advice, and support but is not responsible for client decisions or outcomes. - The mentor is not liable for any loss or damages arising from technical issues, client decisions, or external factors. 8. Changes to Terms - The mentor reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
