We provide snapshots of the online courses, and lots of YouTube content to be sure we are the right providers for you.  Our remote courses are digital and therefore by their nature cannot be returned or exchanged - if you are dissastisfied with any of the courses we welcome feedback direct to discuss how we can help. 

1:1 bookings are non refundable if you are a no show for an appointment as the time booked is set aside for you.  Should you realise you need to reschedule before the booked time, we need a minimum of 48 hours notice and may require a 25% fee to move the appointment.  As an independent provider we want to be as flexible as possible while supporting our clients and our small business.
