Neewer ring light with cables

Whilst there are lots of versions available - In the studio we use the 18" from Neewer so can attest that it works great with first hand experience. Here are some more of the available ring lights from Neewer

A close up of two light sticks that are used in photography and videography

Or wand light: Another product we use in the studio, and on location both the Neewer and the Phottix t200r.  With the Neewer basics products starting under £30, Godox starting from under £70 and the Phottix often on sale for less than £40. Great for adding colour and atmosphere to video projects. Great for our YouTube content & on location shoots where space is limited and I want light weight travel kit.

The calibrite colorchecker opened out to display the colour card and greyscale card

There are many on the market, we use the Calibrite Colorchecker in studio to be sure colours are vibrant and real.  As part of the workflow its a simple tool for aligning colours - and knowing you have a trusted baseline to create from.
