A professional photographer, trainer and judge James has worked in photography since 2003.

James is an accomplished photographer with a great number of awards and accreditations spanning a huge body of work across 2 decades.  James continues to teach whilst still working professionally with portrait and commercial clients, plus creative projects and also videography at the Musselwhite Photography studio in Portsmouth, UK.

Most recently James was awarded Photographer of the Year with the SWPP for an 'In Camera Artistry' submission proving his dedication to the technical aspects of photography that allow creativity without edit.   James also was a finalist for Icon Awards in the US, gaining second place in the genre 'In camera Artistry'
